Registration, Admission Test, Syllabus and other Details for admission in Class 11 - Science & Commerce [Girls & Boys] and Arts [Girls]

Registration Form for Admission

• The registration for admission in Class 11 (Science / Commerce / Arts) has started for Phase 2 from 31st May, 2022 and will end on 14th June 2022 (12:00 PM) for RSVM Students and Non-RSVM Students. The cost of application is Rs.600 which is needed to be submitted before the above specified date.
• Entrance Test for Class XI (Science and Commerce [Girls and Boys] ) - Phase 2 will be held on 15th June 2022 07:00 AM.
• The registration can only be made through the official website of the school https://rsvm.in/ through link https://admission.rsvm.in/ .
• Along with the students details such as Name, Mobile, Email, Father’s Name etc. Students also compulsorily need to upload their passport size photograph (With Date i.e. According to Current Guidelines) online and their Class X Admit Card (issued by any government or recorgnized board).

 

Admission Test For Class-XI

• Entrance Test for Class XI (Science and Commerce [Girls and Boys] ) - Phase 2 will be held on 15th June 2022 07:00 AM.
• Admit Card for the Admission Test can be downloaded from the same link (https://admission.rsvm.in) through Registered Student Button available on top-right of the page from 13th June 2022 Onwards.
• For students who registered prior to 31st May 2022 and have not given exam or are insatisfied with their performance can submit an application to the school stating the reason for the same to be eligible for the admission test.
• Note : For Arts Students, can directly report to school counter for counselling post form submission.
• Post payment: All other information is already available from our official website of the school https://rsvm.in .

Note : -

1. If anyone is facing issues can come to school counter for registration.
2. Post Registration; Registration fees can be paid only online or at school counter with Card (Debit/Credit).
3. You can track your payment / form submission status anytime at https://rsvm.in/online_admission using; Check Your Application Status Button.
4. School reserves the right to admission and if anything wrong is found, school can cancel that registration anytime without prior information.
5. No Editing in application will be allowed post payment.
6. If you are an Old Student of Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir and have qualified for the applied stream, You can come directly to the school counter slong with 10th Admit Card for proceeding with admission.
7. Note : No Exam will be held for the student of Class - XI (Arts) . The applicants can come directly post applying to the school counter and can go through a single level counselling for admission.

Process of New Registration

• Visit https://rsvm.in and click on Online Admission/Registration.
• Fill the application form with all details correctly and upload the Student's Photograph and Class X (Admit Card) and Click on "Submit".
• Post Submission: A Screen with Form reference number will be displayed starting from RS.
• Check the details in the form and For Editing Click on Pencil Button at the Top Right Corner to edit the same.
• Post Editing you can pay for the form. Please Note that post payment editing of form is not allowed.
• Post payment: The form status can be tracked and other information from our official website of the school https://rsvm.in .

 

1. Fill the form with correct details. Incorrect and Inconsistant detail can lead to disqualification.

2. After filling the form there are two options available :

• Do Not Take the printout of the form just take reference number and come to school counter with registration fees of ₹ 600. ( Payment Available from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM )
• Click on Pay Now in the end of Review Registration Screen and pay Rs.600 then you are good to go.

3. Post registration you will recieve the confirmation message.

4. Registration will only be marked as success after payment is made successful.

5. If you had earlier tried to pay / register for the form, please check the same in Registration Status to avoid paying twice. School won't be responsible to refund the same in case of multiple payments.

6. Note : Paying Online is compulsory as School Counter Does Not Accept Cash / DD / Cheque / Card or any other form.

7. Photo Uploaded should contain Date of Capture as per the norms from CBSE.

8. Forms submitted even without age criteria met may be declined during admission even after student is qualified.

9. Students of Class 11 need to select the subjects carefully as no further change will be allowed on this.

Eligibility Criteria :

KG-I ( Age as on 01 April 2022 should be 3.5 Years to 4.5 Years )

KG-II ( Age as on 01 April 2022 should be 4.5 Years to 5.5 Years )

Class I to 7 ( Age as on 01 April 2022 should be greater than 5.5 Years )

Form won't be accepted at the counter if age criteria is not met.

 

Note : The right to admission is reserved with school. Even if you have paid and qualified for admission the final right to admission will be decided only by the school authority.

 

Admissions Form Registration for Class KG-I to Class-VIII has ended.

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility :

1. Successfull payment of Rs.600 is necessary to mark the form as submitted.

2. If the payment gets failed at any point resulting into duplicate payment, Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir won't be responsible for any refunds to be issued. In any case school will not entertain such request.

3. All kinds of payment method is already accepted currently but school will not held responsible for the forgery conducted due to use of anykind of Card / Net Banking or any other Payment Method. Using the online payment facility on Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir ( Working Under Bal Kalyan Samiti Dhanbad Zila ) Website indicates that you accept these terms and all others given below. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

1. The description of registrationare specific to you ( i.e. Name, Location and Date etc.) when you register for the online admission, normally payment is required to be completed (before completing the registration) and later editing of any of the details won't be entertained.
2. Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir ( Working Under Bal Kalyan Samiti Dhanbad Zila ) reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
3. Your Payment will normally reach the Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir ( Working Under Bal Kalyan Samiti Dhanbad Zila ) account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
4. If the card supplier declines payment Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir ( Working Under Bal Kalyan Samiti Dhanbad Zila ) or Pankhudi Software is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
5. No Refund of the Registration Fee will be made by Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir ( Working Under Bal Kalyan Samiti Dhanbad Zila ), once the registration application and payment is satisfactorily accepted.
6. It is the responsibility of people to understand the eligibility requirements of the Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir ( Working Under Bal Kalyan Samiti Dhanbad Zila ) and its age criteria , before deciding to avail the same.
7. If the people registers and then determines that he/she is ineligible for registration of any kind related to his / her choice, no application or any other fee refund will be made.
8. In any case even after admission school can cancel your registration/admission and won't be responsible for the refund of the same.
